Beautifully written, absolutely wonderful. You wrote exactly what I was hoping would happen after Wash's death. Firefly isn't a bring back the dead series, but a baby on the otherhand would have been a perfect plot device to bring Wash back in a sense. Can't you just imagine Zoe raising a mini Wash boy or a tomboy Zoe/Wash girlie? So cute!
