“Mr Giles!”

“Principle Snyder.”

“I realise that our education system is very different to that in England – ”

“Yes, you could definitely make that assumption.”

“But be good enough to give me an explanation for – this!” The stubby finger jabbed down on the order form.

Giles pushed his glasses firmly up his nose and read swiftly. “A seventeenth century study of the Dark Arts” - well, maybe that was a little esoteric. ‘Vampires yesterday, tomorrow and today.” He sighed. ¥es, an indulgence, he admitted it, but it was a First edition and cost a fortune back home.

So which one had angered his superior? He raised a quizzical eyebrow and Snyder glared back. ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe! I won‘t have such fictitious nonsense in my school library!”

I never would have expected that book to be the one. Nice twist at the end.
