A couple of lines in these lyrics struck me.
Hope that you're the one made me think of poor Harmony wanting Spike to love her.
There's a killer in me made me think of the Willow/Warren deal. I know, kind of obvious.
Silence that you fear brought to mind Hush (also obvious).
The brighter your virtue, the higher you'll rise really made me think about Buffy and Faith and the betrayals between them, and I'm hoping to do some writing on that subject. We'll see.
So all of that is what I attempted to portray in these icons. These, along with the rest of the attempts are here at my journal, if anyone wants to look at them.

Prompt 014: Ready for Battle

One of the reasons (and there are sooo many) that I love Spike is his spirit.

No matter how hard things get he doesn't give up (at least not for any longer than it takes to down a bottle of Jack and feel sorry for himself for a little while), he keeps on fighting with everything he is--whether it is meek little human William digging deep within himself to stand up to his peers, evil Spike taking on the Slayer, chipped Spike refusing to give in, or souled Spike fighting to save the world.

I actually made these a while ago (sometime last year) but as I have FINALLY got my photoshop back, I have been playing around with the colouring and some lighting effects etc and I think they look much better than my original attempts.
