Reminder time for PROMPT 178. Where is all the love for Queen? They've got a ton of songs! I hope to see more entries before tomorrow night!

I urge all our members to participate in our sister community, fantas_magoria. They are doing a TON of awesome summer themed prompts. The newest is a fill in the blanks challenge. What happened in those summers between seasons? Fic, art, recs, whatever else is allowed!

General and not so general news

According to news, Livejournal is going to begin deleting inactive communities and journals. Inactive accounts are ones that have not had a post in them for 24 consecutive months. If you have any archiving communities or ones you haven't looked at for a while, I would suggest making a post just to keep them alive. (Good thing we don't have to worry about that here, right? You guys RAWK!)

And in typical LJ fail news, apparently people have been randomly banned from communities and journals. The only reason I found out is because it happened to me. Support was of NO use what so ever. They just told me to clear my cache and that I wasn't really banned. No, I really was. I checked this community as well as my personal LJ to make sure that nobody was banned that shouldn't be. Everything was good here but I would suggest that everyone check their ban lists for personal LJs as well as communities.

Lastly, mabus101, if you could let me know what kind of participation banner you want, that would be great. :) Working on the May Winner banners as well. Won't be long.
