In the weeks right after Sunnydale, Xander’s life was lists. FEMA, the Red Cross, a couple of web-pages; they updated almost hourly and he checked them constantly. He knew Anya was dead, and Spike and a bunch of the baby Slayers too, but what about everyone else? His parents, neighbors, coworkers? The people from school? The pimply-faced kid who bagged his groceries? After everything he’d lost, Xander found he couldn’t bear the thought of losing them too. He waited to see if they were ok. He needed them to be ok. He just wished he knew the bag boy’s name.

Awwww. So sad. Really. Poor Xander. :sniff: He would wonder about all those people. He would wonder about the bag boy because he's just that kind of guy.
