Mods do not have the ability to edit your posts. Only you can edit your posts.
When I clicked the picture, it said that I was not authorized to view it. If you have changed the permissions on your LJ scrapbook, moved the picture, etc that would be why it is not showing up. I would suggest checking the permissions you set for the pictures (since it is on your LJ scrapbook, you are the only one capable of changing it). You can also sign up for a photobucket account, reupload your picture, and edit your post.
Again, mod's can only approve/reject submissions, delete entries, and change tags. I hope that helps.
