Reminds me, I have got to do something with a plot bunny I had: Kate Lockley is hired by the Cleveland Police Department. Seems Elliot Ness (he was CPD Commish after his Untouchables career) set up a special squad once he got wind of Cleveland's *ahem* "underworld".
