Excellent, rambly, pre-apocalypse Buffy voice. I love that her focus is totally on Spike and their relationship and wanting to touch him. This gave me a happy grin: I’ll bet. This hand I’m holding is the hand of a sleeping champion. My sleeping champion. God, Spike’s hands are huge! I never really thought about it, but I guess it’s true what they say. Hee! How could you not have noticed that detail before, Buffy?
