"It happened so fast," Tara said. She was relaxing at a large banquet table. The buzz and hum of activity swirl around her like happy music.

Jenny, who had sought out Tara when she heard someone from Sunnydale had entered heaven, nodded. "Me too, nothing can really prepare you how fast it all happens." Jenny bit her lip softly. "How's Giles?"

"Mr. Giles?" Tara's face softened. "He's good. Missing you from what I understand."

Jenny smiled, a sparkling smile that reached her eyes. "And Buffy?"

"That's a bit more complicated." Tara said. "I... I am not sure. I think she's good, but she's had some rough times."

Jenny nodded. "She was here for awhile, with her mom. I bet she doesn't remember much now."

Tara looked around. "I understand more what Buffy was going through when she came back. This is so peaceful. It feels like home."

Jenny smiled and reached across the table. Jenny squeezed Tara's hand gently. "It is. Welcome home."

This was really beautiful. I like that someone was there to at least greet Tara in heaven. And I like that you did have Jenny ask about Giles and Buffy. Feels very Jenny like. I could see those two becoming very close. Maybe a sequel for the free for all?

Yes, they both have such a sweet spirit - and Jenny being a bit more spitfire I think would bond with Tara. Plus their shared violent deaths and love of the scoobies.
