Buffy scribbles down a note to her mother. Writing down her emotions isn’t second nature to her but talking about them hasn’t been either. But, she knows that her mom doesn’t want her around, her dad didn’t and he didn’t even know the truth.

She gets onto the bus, the driver narrows his eyes at her. She sees it on his face, that she’s just another girl running away, or trying to become a somebody in a city that will engulf her. “You ever been to LA before?”

“No.” She might as well starting lying before she gets to LA.

Ooh Becoming was one of my favorite eps. This is a great look at what Buffy did on her way out of town, how alone she felt. You can hear it in her voice. Good job!
