Kendra watched from Heaven as Buffy was shot. And she saw the bullet pierce the upstairs window too. "Oh, no"! she breathed out.

Kendra wasn't the touchy freely type but she decided to go meet her anyway. And she'd wanted to be sure Buffy didn't cross over too.

Tara blinked as a little head rush made the Heavenly Gates spin for a moment.

"Whoa, that was weird." Tara whispered.

"Are you going to be OK?" a beautiful caramel skinned woman asked her.

Tara was momentarily surprised, until she remembered. "Your name is Kendra, right?" Tara asked. "Willow talked about you now and then."

Tara reached out to take the woman into her arms, and was taken aback when the girl ducked and pulled away.

"I'm sorry." Said Kendra. "I don't hug."

The subject was dropped when they both heard a ear shattering wail from the earth below.

"Poor Willow." Tara said sadly.

Kendra nodded in agreement. "I hope Buffy does not die too." she stated.

"Oh she won't, at least not this time." Tara assured.

Kendra added, "Yeah? Well she was here a year ago, but then she went away." Kendra looked straight in Tara's eyes. "You did that didn't you. You and your friends."

"I-I--w-we thought she was in hell, we didn't know. I guess we made a mistake huh?" Tara pleaded

"No shit!" Kendra spoke harshly. "She was so happy. And you all had to pull her back out?"

Tara stomped her foot. "I said I was sorry!" she hollered which was very out of character for Tara.

"Me too." Kendra admitted. "I shouldn't judge. It's not my place. So how about I show you around?"

But then there was a loud popping sound. A brief flash of fire. And they both knew Willow had just made her first kill.

"I need to get back there." Tara said with desperation. "I have to go help her!"

"You can't. Kendra told her. "It's too late. But don't worry, Xander is on his way. He's going to save her."

"Thank Goddess!" Tara sighed with relief.

"You're welcome!" Came a powerful female voice. The girls looked around but did not see anyone else around them.

"So let's take that tour." Said Kendra to Tara, as she broke her own do not touch rule, and took Tara's hand in hers.
