Her funeral. She looked down. "Uhm, where are the snow white horses? I distinctly remember writing in my living will back in High School that this is what I wanted." She fumed. She wanted more than this. No dark dismal, rainy day funeral for her.
"I'm Cordelia gosh darn it.!" She hissed, the breath from her pink lips parted the clouds. "Wow, Did I do that?" she asked aloud.
"It's what you wished, isn't it?" Wesley said.
"Wes?" Cordy asked? "You're d-d-dead too?"
"That's a wee bit obvious, isn't Love?" He said smiling at her. "Now go in back to what you were doing. What is it you're doing anyway?"
Cordy looked sheepishly at him. "I, I was fixing my funeral. I mean, look at this, no bling bling, no white gauze no nothing. Just all the sad faces. I'm Cordelia, I need more."
"Cordy, Love?" Wesley warned. "Do you remember where you are at the moment?"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm in Heaven. So what. This thing with the death and all I think I kind of reverted back to my old High School persona." She lashed out at him.
"CORDELIA CHASE!" came a deep resounding voice that shook both her and Wesley off of their feet.
Frightened she answered feebly, "Yes... S-S-Sir?" Because she knew exactly who had just yelled at her.
"Oh, oh." said Wesley. "You've done it now, Girlfriend."
"This is not the attitude we want here in Heaven." The voice boomed.
"Eeek! Sorry, really I am. I'll be good I promise." She winced as she spoke.
Someone was shaking her. "Um Cordy? Who are ya talking to?" Said Conner. She opened her eyes and gasped. She was still alive. It had been a dream. Or had it?
