Sleeping bags, late night snacks, girl talk, and scary stories. They were all getting to be friends. It was just like a sleepover most of the time.

Just like a sleepover, only the scary stories are real. The vampires will get out, bite your neck, drain your blood- maybe even make you like one of them- a soulless, damned thing. And they will. It’s only a matter of time. And you will never win.

Just like a sleepover- tiptoeing into the bathroom, trying not to disturb anyone.

Just like a sleepover.

And now Chloe would sleep and never wake up.

Okay, that's creepy. Her death in the show was played as a plot point and excuse for Buffy to speechify, but you've done a very nice job of making her fears seem justified and real.
