“And what choices am I supposed to make with this hanging over my head? I just found out I’m half-demon, Harry. How am I supposed to continue living my same, normal, *human* life now?”

“How can you not? What are you going to do, stop doing everything you’ve ever done, everything you’ve ever loved, just because of this? That’s crazy. You love your class and all those kids. You can’t just walk away from them.”

“Maybe it’s for the best. What can I offer them now? I can’t talk about this right now. I’m going out for a drink.” She heard the door slam behind him, and the tears slowly began to fall down her cheeks. She knew it was the beginning of the end.

Poor Harry. I don't feel too sorry for Doyle because he was just being stupid. But Harry didn't deserve to be shut out. :(

Yeah, it's too bad that Doyle couldn't accept the fact that he was part demon and make it work with Harry. They seemed like they had a really great relationship together.

Aww, sadness. Poor Doyle. Poor Harry. It is a shame that they couldn't make it work but I can't imagine that finding out you are a half demon is an easy thing. I like this, a look at the beginning of the end. You are awesome, like always.
