The writing seems to be one of my main problems i will have to improve on that thanks for the FB

I used to have a lot of problems with text, but then I started using "outer glow" in the "layer style' menu. You can change the color of the glow and then play around with size and opacity until it makes the words stand out against the background.

Great job on these icons btw.
