As they got further and further from the Hellmouth, Buffy closed her eyes and tried to stop her thoughts from spinning, turning around and around, just like the wheels on this bus that they were on.

She heard Faith yell at Robin as he tried to pretend to die and come back to life yet again. "OK it was funny the first couple of times but cut it out, or I will kill you for reals!"

"If you girls insist on testing out your new powers by tossing each other over the seats, I must ask you to do so further away from the driver seat. I'm having enough trouble steering this behemoth as it is." Giles said, taking his glasses off and wiping them

"Giles, what's with all the honking?"
"Bloody fool in that Hummer just cut off three lanes of traffic because he wants this exit. We spent the better part of the day saving the world so he can continue stripping it of all its natural resources and yet we are meant to cool our heels so that he can get home in time to watch "America's Most Wanted"

I hate Hummers soooo much I sometimes scare myself. Luckily there aren't that many in the Berkeley area because my blood pressure goes up about 80 points every time I see one- which sucks because then I can't eat as many onion blossoms!

Oh boy, I'm right there with ya. I lived right near DC for a few years, and Hummers were everywhere. And every day I would think to myself - why oh why? When I moved home (PA), everyone looked at our Prius like it was some sort of alien spaceship, and now, 2 years later, I see them all the time, and it restores my faith a tiny bit.
